Chelsea Legends Lampard and Terry Linked

I wouldn't mind if Lampard or Terry came in. Our team needs discipline. Terri would sort out defence, lampard would sort out our midfield. They don't have a lot of experience, although Lampard did get Chelsea moving forward in the Champions League. It was an easy job for Tuchel to take over. Terry was apparently a key figure to get Villa up to the Prem. A lot to learn from Terry & Lampard and the team would work hard for them.
There isn't much choice at the moment but we need someone who has managed/coached teams and in a higher league.

I don't get why Lambert is getting so much grief from everyone! Who else are we going to get of his quality to come manage us in league 1? The first manager we get linked with (who has tons of experience) everyone has a moan. Yes we've been on a bad run but every team does. Look at Man Utd, Arsenal this season, they're terrible this year! Lambert needs time and it's clear we need to sign a couple of players in January. Evans is 100% right to back him and if we don't go up this year then it gives us plenty of time to rebuild. Looking out our squad now, there's no way we could compete in the Championship, we'd get murdered.

A lot of positive & negative comments! For those of you who have seen him, fair play, he may not be good enough, but we can't make early judgements before he has even played! He's only been training for 5 weeks! PL knows we need all the help we can get and wouldn't be making unnecessary signings. good luck lad! Shame that ME isn't going to spend big during this transfer window! Also a shame we didn't get Pilkington, felt like he could have been dangerous.... to the opponents that Is....

I like what Paul Hurst was trying to do, sadly his tactics & vision at Ipswich failed miserably!

I found that Roy Keane was the most damaging manager we've had at the club for a long time...... Unfortunately, in my opinion Paul Hurst isn't too far behind.

Lambert Set to Be Confirmed on Saturday

I hope his experience can take us out of the relegation zone! We're in big trouble atm so he is going to need to motivate the team and make them gel asap..... Hopefully ME will give him some cash in January to get some experienced players in the squad.

Slightly annoyed that he has worked with Norwich, but as fans we need to man up and back the new manager!

I still believe in PH, but this is our strongest team on paper:

GK- Bart
RB- Donacien
CB- Pennington ( dont mind Chambers for his leadership)
CB- Nsiala
LB- Knusden
CM- Skuse
CM- Chalobah/Downes
CAM- Dozzell
LW- Edwards
RW- Sears
ST- Jackson

We have loads of long term injuries but this (in my opinion) is the we should really be playing week in week out. I appreciate form needs to be considered, but we need to play players who have scored goals and we need to keep playing them so they gain confidence.
