1997 pre-WC tournament: England beat Italy 2-0 in Nantes, beat France 1-0 in Montpellier then lost 1-0 to Brazil in Paris.
I did all 3 matches, on the way back from Katowice (beat Poland 2-0 in a WC qualifier). |

I was at the last friendly before Italia90 at Wembley, England lost 2-1 to Uruguay in front of a crowd of approx 25,000.
Sir Bobby's last match on home soil as England manager. |

Lines have reopened following a fire near the railway at Needham Market. Trains running between Ipswich and Stowmarket may still be cancelled, delayed or revised whilst service recovers. |

Extra outbound train at 1010 from Ipswich to Cambridge, stopping at Stowmarket and BSE.
Extra return train at 1751 from Cambridge to Ipswich, stopping at BSE, Thurston, Elmswell and Stowmarket.

I had seats bkd on 1028, now aiming for 1002 to Swindon as well. Sunderland at Brizzle today so 1002 will be busy. |
