Like the look of 'The Flow'. On a similar vein, but with trees as the focus 'The Overstory' by Richard Powers is good, if not already read. Different track, but I really liked Bob Mortimer's 'And Away' autobiography,
Its not really an overreaction to always look for improvement, our fantastic position is probably a bit unexpected, but even before today, its possibly obvious that we need defenders in this window, and I expect we will get one or two.
Like Clarke a lot, his attitude and effort, but a fit Williams is a better player against top quality attackers (not so slow), much more to his game and more skilfull, but I dont think this would have made much difference today tbh.
Last season he used to run aimlessly in the middle of the park and give the ball away much too cheaply, now he's spacially aware and runs past opponants like they don['t exist. He now also knows when to pass the ball accurately to a teammate. A total transformation and a player who will omly get better. Plus my sister tellls me he has great eyes.
