Parr to Meet Town on Monday - Updated
at 12:19:59

So, Mick doesn't see Mings as first choice then as he has said on numerous occasions. I always liked Parr when he played here, solid, hard working, athletic; he would be a good signing for us. Hopefully his wages wouldn't be enormous as he was a squad player at Palace. Decent signing. I'd feel sorry for Mings though, based on his appearances last year he looked decent.

Moyes Hints at Tunnicliffe Return
at 16:07:39

I would assume that both Lingard and Powell may be closer to current Man Utd first team quality at present, due to the fact that the former has been in goal scoring form and the latter (although a similar age to Tunnicliffe) is more experienced. I have liked the look of Tunnicliffe, he is becoming a decent player in the middle, but he doesn't strike me as a player with Premier League credentials at the moment, therefore I would be surprised if he were to go back to join the Man Utd first team.

An excellent report on the QPR site, that guy really knows his stuff! A very fair and balanced review of our club over the past 12 years!

Emmanuel-Thomas: Time for New Adventure
at 13:07:01

The fact that Martin and Jet look to be leaving, along with the fact the Carson looks unlikely to make the grade, must mean we are targeting a couple of wingers at least. It looks as though Tabb is coming, but aside from him we have no real options out wide at the moment.

Edwards: We're Playing to Keep Boss in Job

Gibbs, I think saying that our squad is 'great' is a little generous. Personally I think it is one of the weaker Town sides I've seen, with no real character/ leader. I do agree with the point that the standard of football has been ok, just the individual errors is proving to be the issue.

Town Topic: What Could Improve Matchdays at Portman Road?
at 11:00:51

The half time 'entertainment' has been far from entertaining for years!!! A few games back we had a kids football team playing on the pitch and the crowd really got into it (as it was better than the game we went to see). I went to see a Swindon game recently and they had lots of kids matches going on and it was great! More of this would be great!

I also have to be honest that the pre-game music is poor. It does nothing to excite the crowd. Bring back 'right here, right now' before the game.

Leadbitter in Team of the Week

Agreed heady, Darren O'dea was pretty poor. I didn't see too much difference between him and Delaney. I wouldn't mind having Andy Lonergan next season as our number 1!

Carson in Northern Ireland Squad
at 16:19:26

Why would he want to stay here?

Compare the form this season of Carson and Bullard. Yet Bullard has been on the bench for the last 4 ahead of Carson who has a reputation here for playing good football, in comparison to Jimmy whose track record is that of an over-payed arrogant tit.

Clegg: Decisions Made on Out of Contract Players
at 15:55:32

"If the manager wants to bring in players in January then he will have the opportunity to do that."

No doubt it will be another window where we go in for a player, see that his wages are too high and duck out of it, such was our pre-season. So another window bringing in a lower calibre than needed for a proper playoff push. Exciting times at Portman Road eh?
