I think another manager could get more out of this squad .The new addition s have improved things but Skuse and Chambers need to be eased out which would be easier with a new manager.

Bryan Gunn was sacked by Norwich after losing to Colchester at home opening game similar score line to the Charlton game.They then poached the Colchester manager after the match .

I know a Norwich fan through work and he said he could be a disruptive influence and he caused an injury to a young player who was beginning to make an impression during training.It was an over aggressive challenge .

My personal opinion is that for him to continue at Ipswich will lower his stock further.If he wants one last big project he needs adequate resources.I think he will never really produce entertaining football at Ipswich especially with money.The club's fans will tolerate dull football if they think there on a journey to promotion.Many of his entourage are younger than him and would probably appreciate some job security at a new club.He has run his course in Suffolk and needs to move on for both parties sake

Chambers looks better with Taylor beside him as then he only has to make interceptions which he is capable of.Taylor has a cool head on him and is able to reassure Chambers and distribute the ball out out of defence to the midfield without losing possession

I was impressed with the midfield and Taylor at the back for once it was entertaining.why didn't Mick bring in these different forward thinking mid fielders into the club last summer.I don't need us to be world beaters just pass the ball forwards more.
