This is exactly why I didn't want us to hammer them last week. We want their confidence in a good place for these games. Sunderland have massively helped us on that front too!

He has a lead of 3 in the Championship top scorer race, with 23, a very good chance of 25 for the season, and an outside chance that he will go into the last game of the season against Leicester requiring a hat-trick for 30 in the season.

Two for Adam Armstrong for Southampton v Blackburn without reply would spice up the race for top scorer nicely, and keep Saints, Armstrong (A) and Szmodics motivated for the rest of the season.

Let's hope he prefers goals/win bonuses and the chance of a top scorer trophy more than any dislike of us.
