Or not effectively managing, as was the case. I doubt he’s anything other than a well shepherded number 2. He had very little rope here at Swansea (from what you could see publicly, which therefore could be a wrong assessment of course).
Wish he'd been in charge for more than one game. But we had Cook coming in who decided he wanted his own staff.
He was effectively in charge for about a couple of weeks when Lambert had given up even pretending that he'd been phoning it in for his entire tenure when he lost the last vestiges of his already paper thin credibility in the wake of Ham-gate.
