And also we have the UK representative, who is the Head of State, and very keen on green matters turning up with all his pomp and ceremony.....to read a pre prepared speech from a Govt who are going the total other way on green issues.....we may also be blessed by the Foreign Sec, who was also wanting to be green, but having to follow the message from No 10
