Nobody on here knows what the proposed terms of the takeover are, nor how much money Gamechanger 20 Limited is going to invest in the Club, nor what the source of any funds will be, or the terms of any debt taken on by the Club.
Gamechanger 20 Limited has been in existence for less than a year. It has nominal share capital of four pounds. Apart from the Company Secretary, its directors are all based overseas, and all of its directors have given the same (shell, postbox) address to Companies House.
Excuse me if I am not yet jumping for joy. People just need to calm down until they know the facts. "Can't get any worse than under Evans" is hopelessly naive.

I just can't understand why people don't realise how important this is. Any new owners are a gamble. It could be just as bad but people who think Evans is suddenly going to change style are deluding themselves. Our long term trend will continue downwards under Evans. |  |
