Direct Debit Season Ticket question 19:06 - Apr 18 with 789 views

Do those on the direct debit scheme have to renew, or does it automatically get carried over to the next season unless they cancel it? And if it is the latter, how can we possibly know how many have renewed at this point, because surely people can still cancel at the end of the season.

They'll know how many people have cancelled & how many one-off payment STs are renewing but won't know how many DDs are renewing as (in theory) they could cancel at any time up to the first payment in May.

So if someone has cancelled their DD but not told the club the club might, at this stage, think they renewing?
