The ball bounced up when he did that, it's difficult to take the ball and run past a defender when it's at your waist height.
I agree with the OP he's been our best attacking player, Woolfenden at the back has been decent, I'm yet to see anything that tells me Travis is better than Ball, hopefully that'll come! |  |

Thought Goodman was being harsh on the commentary about that - the ball bounced up at an awkward height where he couldn't really knock it forward and run so tried to do the 2nd best thing and keep possession. |  |

Thought Fridge has looked good too, although he has misplaced a couple of passes when he’s tried to play it long forwards.
