And as any Brexit voter will tell you - this country was much better when toilets were outside.

You know who you are. Once a year we meet for a BBQ and our host has two of these... he's ahead of the curve.

I've been to both some spectatcular and some grim outdoor bogs over the years.

Best was probably in Norway, on the edge of Jostedalsbreen glacier, cantilevered out over the edge of a humungous cliff.

Worse was without doubt the bog in one of the lodges closest to Everest Base camp, with a stalagmite of semi-frozen turd rising out of the hole to meet any unwary visitors. There was a frosting of previous visitor's breath and turdy vapors that would thaw and drip on you if you spent too long in there. Ah, TWTD
