In my opinion Winder could be as important an appointment as Hurst. I'm hoping that we can reduce the number of injuries significantly which will hopefully make Hurst's job easier.

Hard to know the interview is also good. We know we need wide men or attacking forwards as they seem to be called now...

It seems to be getting a lot more modern, and for new management team to be less old school plus also have qualifications from outside the game
