Do we know what a Terry Connor is actually used for?

We know he works with the strikers, but when we score two home goals in eight games, you have to wonder what exactly they are working on.

But does Mick run everything past TC or barely use him as a sounding board? I'd be genuinely interested to know how much of the problems we have are or are not his doing?

Is he an attack minded coach that would play everything differently but has no input or is he perfectly aligned to Mick's vision, frequently sounded out and agrees 100% with MM?
