Because Spurs have ended Carter-Vickers loan at Sheffield and sent him back on loan to town do you think that we have come to an agreement that they can have first pick if we sell one of our younger players at the end of the season?

He had be playing at Sheffield so it's not because he was got getting game time, cannot think of any other good reason apart from that or maybe we have agreed to a loan then buy him if it works out.
