He did alright. Got us back towards the level of Walter Smith and McLeish but still not enough to really convince.
I hope they bring in a manager and team that are encouraged to take a more long-term approach and develop a real team around our younger players. I don't think we have much of a chance otherwise. |  |

Depends on the remit. If it's a long-term approach then I could go for an Andy Roxburgh coach rather than an established manager.
If it's to keep trying to squeeze results and maintain or improve our seeding that has been an ongoing handicap for the past 20 years then go for a wise head who can motivate and get them fired up.
