Might have some of that! Agree though unlikely now, but helps us that they still have a chance at least when they play Leicester

You’d be better off backing Southampton as a single to win at Leicester, and then roll the profits on for the three games. It’s better because: 1) It will be more than 33s backing them at the prices individually. 2) Even if they win all three, they might have missed out on top 2 anyway.

Soton on 21:01 - Apr 20 with 3029 views | Stewart27 | Yes Which is why we need them to beat Leicester on Tuesday. 2 into 3 is better than 1 into 2. It changes everything. If they won today I would have preferred Leicester to run away with it.

Although your 2nd point is valid surely you wouldn’t get 33/1 on Southampton winning their next 3 games?

Would prefer a draw | |

If Soton win then it's in our hands to win the league. I think that would be a massive boost for the players.

Maybe. I’ve given myself an ulcer stressing about all the possible permutations. Que sera and all that but please god let us get top two in a relatively stress-free manner.

It is indeed foolish to want such a thing but facking hell, Leeds have to go to Boro and QPR and I would love it, love it, if they drop points there. Love it. Does feel right now, hudds game will either be a carnival of joy with people rutting strangers in the concourse. Or it’ll be a funeral.

Just hope it's not goal difference that makes all the difference.

They're around 4/9 to beat Stoke, so I'm not sure your first point holds.

Although watching the EFL highlights yesterday, we could probably score 6 or 7 against Huddersfield, they looked terrible

Soton on 08:45 - Apr 21 with 1566 views | Churchman | There race was run for top two when they lost at PR. They were never going to win all their remaining games. Hopefully they’ll do some damage to Leeds and Leicester.
Soton on 10:12 - Apr 21 with 1208 views | OldFart71 | I would hope so. Let Leicester carry on winning. I think we have more to worry about how Leeds do. The best case scenario would be for Middlesborough to beat Leeds, Leicester to beat Saints and the Leeds and Saints draw.

Best case scenario is probably Boro beat Leeds, Leicester and Saints draw, then Leeds lose again at QPR (although a draw would be fine too). If Leeds take a maximum of 1 point from these next 2 and Southampton don’t beat Leicester that would mean a win at Hull would mathematically secure promotion.
