Cardiff’s best performance of the season?!? 17:52 - Mar 9 with 973 viewsITFC_Forever

They started reasonably brightly, and came on strong in second half injury time, but the rest of the time they were very average - at best.

Balls.

They were decent, we were below average (although not much different to a typical away performance from us). They play tidy football.

They put six or seven dangerous crosses into our box within a a 10 minute spell first half, which they should have taken advantage of, and whenever they got the ball into box second half they looked physical and useful.

They deserved a point, and when they got that corner we all knew what was coming.

Chalk it off, move on. We're finishing top, it's fine.

Was chatting to some Cardiff fans on way back to the car. Their take on it was that if we'd played them 4 weeks ago we'd ha spanked them all over the pitch, but that they've got some confidence together and their loans players have settled and helped greatly.

Complimentary about what we're doing with not all that much cash

Not a good game really from both sides untill the last 15 minutes.

Ipswich should have locked up shop. A 6-4-0 formation ? 1-0 up , and see the game out ?
