Our all-time team would be: Sheeran, Deller, Cant and... Phil Ham? Omid Djalili? Delia?

I'm guessing the modern version would have the option of ticy-tacking it dangerously across the six-yard box to draw out the oppo.

Sir Trevor Nunn and the Sir Peter Hall, or maybe the late Freddie Raphael would be the intellectual big guns to choose from.

However, the format was a team of four, three of whom were players, and the fourth a celebrity fan. I remember WBA doing well as their goalie John Osbourne was quite a swot.

Not sure who we'd have as our three players....
