I was sent an email, clicked on it to buy a ticket, and it doesn't appear on the website. Is this my technical incompetence too or is there an issue? Are they sold out?

The window closed at 6am on Saturday for the 10+ category. Both Millwall and Swansea tickets will appear again on the website before 10am tomorrow for the next window of sales.
