Anyone else thought he was lucky to escape a red?

He had also fell on top of Hutchinson and immediately sprung up and picked up Omari, before dropping him. Irrespective if Omari had dived, (which I don't think he did) he could have been injured.

I get what you mean, but you never really get a Red for that sort of thing. The convention for Refs seems to be that you've got to send someone off for striking some with hand or foot, but a bit of pushing/grappling is a yellow.
