I’m currently in Tenerife and am trying to buy a match pass for today, but when I go on the website it’s only allowing me to purchase an audio pass. I have tried clearing the cache/history but the problem persists. Can anyone advise? Using an iPad Pro if that’s in anyway relevant.

Log out first, then log back in using an 'incognito' window should sort it I think.
