I'm not sure any of the coaching staff are an issue from what I hear. Just what people want to believe given the poor form.

Would swap for Craney if possible.

Jeffers was a highly respected coach at Everton, would be the last of the 3 assistants I would remove.

Oh yeah definitely. Happy with it, considering he could easily be full time manager for a first team club. Would of loved him as assistant to Cook though.

I'm not sure I have made anything up, and not once said that Craney was an 'issue'.

I simply stated if you could get John McGreal, who by all accounts is a more proven man around first team football, Craney would be the one I would lose.

Slightly odd - surely it’d make sense to have him as an assistant considering his experience, and the fact he was a defender so would surely know defensive coaching.

He was a bit under the radar at the time, but JM was a good player for us. He had all the attributes you want in a centre half.

He seemed to be progressing well as a manager at Colchester. I’ve no idea where it went wrong or why he’s not found another club to manage after Swindon. Possible Cook replacement? I’d say not.

I think it has previously been mentioned on here that he doesn't want to be involved with the first team unless he is taking the reins.
