I usually pour the gravy over them so the centre has some in, then before eating any of the dinner I will pick them up and pour the gravy out so they retain some crispiness. I've put a lot of thought into this...

Anyone who buys frozen Yorkshire puddings must be a moron - homemade are ridiculously easy and so much better. My recipe that never fails: 4oz plain flour, pinch of salt, 2 eggs, 1/2 pint milk (I wazz it up with a hand blender.) I use olive oil, heat the oil mega hot, poor the mixture in. Cook on 200 ish
