... in the build up to the penalty warranted a straight red card? Looked a very naughty tackle (all from his own bad touch coming inside IIRC).

Amazed he stayed on the field.

He was one of several players that were lucky not to get booked, rivalling the amount who were unlucky.

I think that's the first time in a while we've seen a ref lose a game so early on and not be able to backtrack or correct his performance.
