Ha, a good question, it started out between friends a few seasons ago and has extended to friends of friends etc. Very competitive with all players religiously sorting team & transfers etc. Normally 1st 75% 2nd 25%

Payment would be the only sticking point, as money is needed up front and held by one of the creators of the league. You'd then have to trust that you'd receive payment should you win! Although I'm going to win so it's also a non starter ;o)
