Cheapest pint of Ghostship?? on 22:14 - Jul 29 with 3602 views | wkj | Is this the point where I act well 'ard and say people would have to pay me to drink Ghostship? In all fairness, that isn't a bad price for a tipple at all really.

Cheapest pint of Ghostship?? on 05:59 - Jul 30 with 3413 views | connorscontract | Wetherspoon's are renowned in the trade for buying excess stock at clearance prices. There was probably a condition attached that they had to sell them at pubs well clear of their usual catchment area. Wetherspoon's buy stock that maybe has a week or so left of best before at rock bottom prices, sell it at well below normal price, sell out in a few days, everybody's happy!
Cheapest pint of Ghostship?? on 06:14 - Jul 30 with 3399 views | Benters2 | Same price all over the land in spoons. My town local was charging £3.50 in 1 week they whacked it up to £3.80 barstardos.

Not necessarily the case. All Spooners menu prices differ, depending whereabouts they are located. I was back in the UK in June & did some thoroughly extensive research. Visited various establishments in London (Holloway Rd, Tower Bridge, somewhere closeish to The Troxy, Highbury & Islington) & not a single Wetherspoons shared the same price on anything - and that was food, drinks, snacks etc.

Untrue, that's an urban myth. They get the same dated beer as everyone else. They sell it cheaper because a) they will buy a lot so can negotiate better prices b) Thier business model is based on volume so they make less per pint but the fact they are generally busier than most pubs means they still make more cash profit.

I took one (damaged liver) for the sake of the team. Clearly area rates determine the costs - an extra 20p here - an extra 10p there. Combined drinks + meals vary 50p each way. The more touristy of areas are a bit 'pricier' within context. HH is bloody Liv Street Station, so rates are higher, but still cheaper than some of the independent pubs across from the station. But had I not known this, I would have just assumed all Spoons prices were universal. The large Spooners in Brighton Laines always had a VAST selection of real-ales & they were super cheap. Cheapest pint of Ghostship?? on 19:28 - Jul 30 with 3167 views | Leaky | Is there a snobbery on here about drinking in Spoon's. I think they deliver good beer & food at a cheap price . Good for footy away day's . Not every one can afford to eat & drink in top end restaurants

Spoons are well-connected with Adnams and often sell their beers, this includes stocking the new Alcohol 'free' Ghost Ship instead of the German alc. free they had before. Whatever misgivings people have about alcohol free beer, it's leaps and bounds ahead of its nearest competition.

Yes there is. You are supposed to drink designer bottled lager and pay well over the top for it,if you can find bangers and mash being knocked out for £45 a pop make sure you tell the world about it. Then of course smash the system, hate the Queen, love Corbyn, you are a hero
