I'd be up for giving him another year - you've raised my argument for keeping him. Also, I don't think many would do anywhere near aswell as him in the transfer market given budget. I think for many though- * Style of play * Mick rubs them up the wrong way * Bored, fancy change I don't really blame people for wanting change. I guess how much support Mick will receive from many will depend on the final 16 games. If we can play slightly better stuff, not be on summer holiday mode like Sunderland etc then perhaps a few will be happy to have him another year. For the record though, I think he'll leave either way this summer even if we offer him a new deal. I think he'll have had quite enough of the abuse, and chance his hand somewhere else for perhaps one final job. | |
