Lincoln City - deserved to win, they again played as a team, and scored a goal ITFC cannot and will not score in 2016/17..........because two players knew what each other was going to do, and played, in fact passed the ball to the intended area!!!
Well done.
The irony was it was Lawrence our recent saviour who caused it.......a half hearted run, another foul against, a terrible free-kick and one Linclon player had the nouse & skill to control it, wait for support and find a way past our defending players (shb defending players, not capable of defending players).
Rubbish!!!
It reminded me of why I don't bother any more!!

Probably the worst Town performance ever

My ratings of 1 would be -10 if that was an option

Totally disgraceful

An appalling spectacle for millions of viewers. Lincoln full of enterprise, effort but little quality and still miles ahead of an atrocious side who were eons away from desrving a Championship side billing.
Negative team selection followed by an excruciatingly awful performance means McCarthy is right to feel embarrassed and humiliated - i know thousands of Town fans certainly do.

No tactics, no pace, no flair, no clue.

Just rubbish from MM. No plan, no style no hope! MM has no ideas and reverting back to his Skuglas dynamic twosome asking for trouble. It was painful to watch with only to odd spell of passing but no end product with Tom coming back deeper and deeper for the ball. Only good note for me was Chambers looking solid in his correct position and while Digby did ok thought Berra was exposed too often and was lucky not to be booked.
While 352 might be our best line up, it seems that the players don't know how to play it. Plus our tackling was poor and allowed Lincoln to get possession too easily.
Perhaps signing lower league players is the way forward as they showed us up.

To give Best, Douglas, Berra and Knudsen a rating of 1 was far to generous from me.

I shouted "Yes" when Stinkin' Lincoln scored : not because I wanted them to win, though they deserved to, but because it meant we were saved another 30 minutes of that tripe. Holby is back tonight, luckily.
