Q28 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's aim, as outlined in their Customer Charter, is to respond to "complaints and queries" within seven days. The 46.2 per cent responded to within a day is impressive and up on last year's 38.7 per cent, which in turn was an improvement on the previous year's 32.8 per cent.

This year's 13.2 per cent not receiving a response at all is down on last summer's 17.3 per cent, but still leaves further room for improvement.
