Q29 If you have asked the club a question via social media have you received a response?

As per the similar email question, work to do it seems. Last year 57 per cent of respondents said they had received a response.

However, it's probably worth repeating that the volume of questions received by the club's various accounts is likely to be large with plenty of them covering similar ground.
