I think the club will be very happy with that, 69.5 per cent of respondents viewing the new home kit as either 'very good' or 'good'. More popular than last year's - 50.1 per cent voted 'very good' or 'good' - which isn't really a surprise. This year's strip is more traditional and sees a return to white shorts, one of the main kit gripes last season.
The red and black away kit hadn't been released when we started the questionnaire but in a quick poll on the site on the day of release it got rather a mixed reception.
Of 284 voters 17.6 per cent went for 'very good', 27.8 per cent for 'good', 24.6 per cent for 'average', 16.5 per cent for 'poor' and 13.4 per cent for 'very poor'. Certainly less popular than the 2016/17 all white kit which 35.5 per cent rated as 'very good' and 36.5 per cent as 'good'.
