Q26 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



The Customer Charter on the club website states that they will respond to emails and letters within seven days.

This year's 22.5 per cent not receiving any response, up from 12.8 per cent last summer, suggests there's significant room for improvement.

However, 32.8 per cent receiving a response within a day is impressive, although down from 39.8 per cent last year, as is the further 38.4 per cent (42.5 per cent in 2015/16) replies within the stipulated seven days.
