Q49 How would you rate Mick McCarthy's performance as manager?

Despite the Blues failing to make the play-offs and criticism of home performances and the style of football, the majority of respondents still believe manager Mick McCarthy is doing a 'very good' or 'good' job at Town. Down from last year's outstanding 80.5 per cent 'very good' vote but given the more disappointing campaign, that's no surprise, but a long way from the mass dissent claimed in some quarters.

Very Good and Good amount to around 50% which means the other half are not that convinced, this is a very different result from last year and worrying and probably accounts for the drop of season ticket holders not renewing. I firmly believe that the style of football that MM advocates may win matches but is very boring to watch and his very good/good vote comes from very loyal supporters who would vote that way no matter what.
