Q44 If your child is a member, how do you rate the Junior Blues?

Much the same result as last year for the Junior Blues, although it was pointed out by a TWTD forum poster that there are effectively three schemes under the name these days, which they felt differed in quality. Perhaps next year we'll look at assessing them separately.
