TWTD Questionnaire 2013/14

Always good to see Rob do well in this section, mainly as it was him who asked for its inclusion some years back. Nothing like putting pressure on yourself.

The bad news for Rob is that he appears to have got 0.6% worse at his job over the course of the last year with 75.8% of respondents viewing his performance as either 'very good' or 'good' last year, compared with 74.4% this year. However, that was up significantly on the previous year's equivalent result of 63.1%, so he's still better than he was a couple of years ago.
