Q28 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?

The club's charter says that all emails should receive a response within seven days. Last year 20% said they never received any reply, which suggests this year's 19% isn't a rogue result. Something for Simon Clegg to look into perhaps.
