Q16 How do you rate Rob Chandler on the PA?

I'm sure Rob will be delighted with that. However, drilling down into the figures, it appears Rob has actually got 6% worse at his job in the last year and a massive 9% in the last two years. In the 2009/10 questionnaire 72% of respondents rated him as either 'Very good' or 'Good' compared with 69% a year ago and 63% this time around. Think a more challenging pre-season programme ought to sort him out.
