Hat-trick for Cresswell, words you thought you'd probably not hear. Of the rest, Keith Andrews's impressive strike rate from midfield was one of the highlights of the first half of the campaign. Everything he hit seemed to go in. Shame the same wasn't the case when he was with Ireland at the Euros.
