Q27 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?

The club's charter says that all emails should receive a response within seven days. Not sure Mr Clegg will be happy that 20% never received any reply, up from 16% last year, which was itself an increase on 12% in 2008/09.
