Q34 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's customer charter states that the club should respond to emails within seven days. Each year around 12-13% of respondents say they didn't receive any reply to their email. Last year we put this to the club, but they said this wasn't consistent with their own evidence.
