Q32 If you have emailed the club this season, how long did it generally take to receive a response?



Town's aim, as outlined in their Customer Charter, is to “respond within a maximum of seven working days”.

The figure of 56.1 per cent having received a response in one day is an improvement on last year's 52.2, which was a significant move in the right direction from the 2020/21 survey's 22.8 per cent, although Covid and furloughing probably played a part in that result.

Last year, 6.7 per cent of respondents said that they hadn't received a response at all, so this summer's 4.6 per cent is an improvement.
