If they end up going there it will be very interesting to see how they go there as tactically the way Huddersfield play seems very different to what Lincoln have been doing? If the move is a success then it will show that the Cowley’s Are not just one trick ponies
I think that might have been my daughter. She is coming up 15 and is 5 foot 4 so hardly a little child who cannot see or too young to be in lower north. You were not blocking her view at all & she only sat down last 10 minutes or so as she was p****d off about us throwing away 2 points & it’s her way of protesting. She sat down a lot last season! We didn’t complain & I think the steward was just exercising her authority a bit too much. In fact my daughter felt quite bad about it as she said to me afterwards that she didn’t mind you standing & didn’t know why the steward said anything. Sorry if it ruined your day but was beyond our control
Fingers crossed for you but I’m led to believe it might take a while for them to make a decision. Good that you get ESA too. Regarding help with budgeting your money for now & future, if your Support Worker cannot access help with this then Citizens Advice will help. Good luck
It will be universal credit rather than ESA now but otherwise everything still the same. Troy, has your mum or support worker told PIP that you wish to have a mandatory reconsideration? I think you said previously you have but there is a time limit so you need to have done that in order for them to stop the clock for you to gather your evidence
She needs to ask for a mandatory reconsideration first then if that isn’t in your favour ask for an appeal. When you go down the appeal route get disabled advice service to help you with the wording as that could really help your cause. Good luck
Please don’t worry Troy. They are just trying to wind you up & even if they tried to say anything then their lies would be ignored. Have you got someone helping you requesting the mandatory reconsideration and appeal?
Hello Troy. As a couple of other people have mentioned above, try to get an appointment with Disabled Advice Bureau as soon as you can. Whilst they might not be able to help financially they can definitely help you with the wording when you ask DEP to look at their decision again & then if necessary appeal. Good luck
