Already booked during the game for time-wasting, then continued to waste time. Booked in the shoot-out for what looked like exremely poor conduct but what was the consequence of that '2nd' yellow? Absolutely nothing. Apparently, the shoot-out doesn’t count, no sending off, not banned from the final . Was Sheaf affected by his 'sledging'? Who knows - wasn't nice to see such behaviour rewarded though. Can't stand United, hate City - poor Final.......again. |

I can't stand it when they don’t indicate who has got a throw in and then, when the referee makes a decision, point their flag in agreement. Half the time the lino actually has a far better position to make a decision than the referee too!

I think he has to. 60 minutes then replace. He has been a massive miss and considering Chaplin is currently not firing on all cylinders, it would give us a bit more chance to use Hutchinson centrally maybe.
Hirst has been out for so much longer I can only see him coming off the bench if he is available. |

Huddersfield away. Omari got into a tangle accused of diving and Burns ran right across the pitch and threw himself in there to 'protect' his young comrade. Super stuff, I loved it! |

There is near universal agreement that in added time (perhaps even a bit before) we surrendered the ball too easily, retreated bàckwards and let them have the ball as we sought to hold what we had. Who made that call? Was it:
A) McKenna? This would be out of character for me but not impossible. He conceded that he did not have the personel on the field for that, having made 80% of the subs to win the game
B) The players themselves. If so, there might be some behind closed-door inquests going on
C) It's a natural inclination when you’re one up entering stoppage time. If this is the case, how come at 3-2 up on Tuesday we went looking for mor goals in stoppage time
It's been irking me and whilst we'll never know for sure, I'm interested what others on here think. |
