Easy money for Chichester

I go to uni and currently live in Chichester.
Must admit, I was more worried about who they got then who we got (as long as it wasn't us)
Delighted for them...

Must admit I was extremely worried at the start. He seems to have perked up a little now, hope all is well
Are the rules on goal kicks different for women's football?
at 17:21 23 Jun 2019
Law change as of this season states that the ball is in play from a goal kick(and from a free kick inside the box, as a lot of people didn't know that they needed to leave the box before they were in play too) when the ball is played now, instead of when the ball leaves the area. So in simple terms, yes the ball doesn't need to leave the area before it can be touched now.
These law changes don't officially come into effect until July 1st, but as the competition runs into July, the new law changes are being used for the whole tournament. Hope this answers your question
He's great is Tabby!

Exactly the picture I was thinking of!
Would never of put him down as a rugby player, but fair play to the lad. Would love to watch him play, I imagine he gets properly stuck in!

Am I right in saying he had a spell as a rugby player?
Was a good servant to the club, always gave his all. All the best to him
Fans who get depressed when no football?
at 22:25 2 Jun 2019
On a personal note, as a referee, I'm enjoying the break from a extremely long and tiring season. Both physically, and just as much a mental side of things.
Although at the same time, After only a couple of weeks I am starting get a bit bored now, and the thought of pre season training is a vile one. Starting too early in the summer does seem to make the season drag on so long though.
From a Town point of view, I feel like the break couldn't of come quick enough, as las season was horrific week in week out. Hopefully next season will be a much more enjoyable one though...
Most interesting bit of the City Spurs game? The ref wearing orange socks!!
at 22:40 17 Apr 2019
UEFA guidelines state that no part of the referees kit can match with the teams kit. Hence the different socks, and why it never happens in English football.
Speaking as a referee myself, I think it looks ridiculous and I would refuse to go out on the pitch looking like that...
Reason to be optimistic at the start of today...
at 10:56 26 Dec 2018
First of all, merry Christmas Town fans, hope it's been a good one so far...
Just wanted to point out that before the game today, there is definitely reason to feel positive heading into the new year.
If someone was to tell me after the horror show at Millwall that we could finish Boxing Day a point off of safety (which could happen if results go our way, unlikely as it could be) I would have laughed. PL has done a fantastic job so far, and I find it incredible that we are still in touch with the pack going into the new year. Now with the chance to recruit in January, who knows where we could end up.
The two big games that imo will judge where we will end up are the Millwall and Rotherham games, winning both of these games will be huge for us if we can manage it.
Stick with it lads, it's definitely do-able!!

In all fairness, the question wasn't really asked about him today.
Although I do agree with you, the situation has been very strange over the last two seasons.

Saw him on Grant Ward's Instagram story with the rest of the squad. Must be a good sign surely?
We can't sell waggy
at 17:01 29 Jun 2018
Sorry for another thread, but we can't let him go. For any price. He's almost irreplaceable. To try and sign a player of his class in this market, you're looking at at least £10 mill. So we won't be able to afford a proven replacement for him.
I also feel like a big part of the fan base will be unhappy if he leaves, as he has become such a fans favourite.
On the other hand though, it is wrong to stand in his way if he wants to leave, much in the same mould of Murphy. Although I get the impression that he's very happy here. In the way he plays, the way he talks and what he does/says on social media.
Long story short, don't get rid of him. No price is good enough, I don't even care.
