Unfortunately things can be tricky with driving hours and working day!
A driver needs 45min rest every 4.5 hours of driving and can only be on duty for 15 hours.
Work time starts when they arrive at the depot they have to do a 15min work round check on vehicle before driving. 4.5 hours starts as they leave the depot.
The break on the way back should have been at least 30mins as long as they have another 15mins before the 4.5 hours is up.
A way around this is double driver but that puts another wage on the costs |

The whole time he was here we were on a downwards spiral but it wasn't his or his teammates fault he blame rests with our owner at the time Marcus Evans!
Unfortunately for Marcus he didn't really know or understand the concept of running a football club which made him oblivious to many small things which in turn caused our downturn! I am saying Marcus did try to get us back where we belong but it was to much for him to learn in such a short space of time and I think he lost interest in paying for it!

Lots of tap in goals but scoring goals needs to be added onto team work.

We need 3/4 new players to turn the squad into a team not another 19 new players!
Cook was able to give himself a free pass into this season after performing so bad last season with his demolition man rubbish let's hope the club don't make same mistake in January. |
