There is an unspoken contract between the fans and the club. Marcus Evans has ripped up this contract.

Safe to Stand?
at 12:15 20 Dec 2013

Football is entertainment. Everyone who goes to football has the right to enjoy the match in a safe environment. Nobody should lose their life at a football match and I have the deepest sympathy for the friends and loved ones of those who have died in tragic circumstances.

Another Roll of the Dice
at 10:29 24 Oct 2012

It is clear that Paul Jewell has totally lost any kind of meaningful influence over our fortunes, the loanees were the last throw of the dice and perhaps some kind of admittance from Marcus Evans that he also got it wrong and didn't back Jewell in the transfer window like he should have done.

[Blog] Why Simon Clegg Must Go
at 13:37 12 Feb 2012

I've had my doubts about Mr Clegg for some time now, but the 50% refund fiasco he is currently presiding over has finally convinced me. He is a walking PR disaster who is doing immeasurable damage to our club. He must go and he must go NOW.

[Blog] Are They Really Good Enough?

Once the players cross that white line, they are responsible for their own performance. 12 goals conceded in two games begs the question, are they really good enough?

For me that indicates that the real story of our season is in vast contrast to the 'going nowhere' story that the boo boys would have you believe.

[Blog] Who's Really Responsible?
at 13:59 19 Mar 2010

Having had time to digest Keane's comments post-Watford, quite a lot about the performance of our squad over the last three seasons has clicked in to place for me. Once again our controversial and outspoken manager is coming under fire for a poor performance, yet he's admitted his share of the blame. Is it really Roy Keane who is ultimately responsible?

We were three goals better first half. We scored one. They were two goals better second half. They scored three. The pitch was awful, it didn't help. Keane's substitutions were awful, they didn't help. Our luck was utterly dismal, the officials didn't help.
