Quite agree. Thought attitude of som eof our players wasnt good enough. Chaplin seemed to be trying too hard and was more intent on stopping their players reather than concentrating on his! That last shot he had just before he was subbed was poor by his standards.
Also thought we failed to get behind their defence in fact they had an easy time which is something we don't usually do. Would have started with El Ham as he looked to cause them problems in the short time he was on. Very few crosses for Moore to put pressure on their CBs.
So I cant see us repeating that again in playoffs when we're destined to play them. |

Never understood why he didn't as there must have been lots of times when he could have got on at end of games.
Don't think we are using our U21s fully but instead giving game time to established players when there's nothing at stake in the game. Shame because we,re wasting our resourses.
Even Humphries is left on the bench too often. |

Yes I loved Titus at his peak he was something else!
Friends of mine always had it in for DD and McA but thye proved their worth and had good careers at highest level.
Trouble with Dyer he wasnt with us long enough and while he did reach the highest level i thought his lifestyle eventually caught up with him. |

Count me in too. Even with VAR it’s still down to humans judgement so really no better. I’ve long supported the ban or restriction on offside. Drawing a three quarter line would help.
As for cheating players. Retrospective bans if missed by officials on the day or 10 minute off pitch for excessive/theatrical stunts if then player jumps back up with little sign of any injury. |

It was terrible and should get a ban. There’s too much cheating but neither the pundits nor the FA are doing anything.
Why are they so frightened to calling. Us fans deserve better!
What would I do about it. I’d bench the culprit for 5 mins minimum. If it’s genuine then the rest will help recovery but if not perhaps the manager will get the message across. |

What’s the point of having an u21 side if none of them are good enough to make the first team squad! Last one was Humphries who apparently was head and shoulders above the rest. I know we used to see some get a chance but it’s been a long time since we had anyone like Bent etc.
Is it all about recruitment or poor coaching? Where’s the next Woolfy. |

I quite agree Herbi. If they are now at a higher level it wont matter who they play.
Our problem is loss of form that can't magically be recovered. Teams have undoubtedly planned how to beat us and while Preston got the rub of the green any more performances like that 1st half and we'll struggle to hold on to top 6.
What worries me is that players like Chaplin Burns are just shooting anywhere and while the stats look good the goal tally is v poor compared to early form. Moore is big plus but just sending over any old crosses isn't going to work. He'll get fed up if the deliveries are poor.
Burns must get by his fb more often and that means help from CC who seems too casual with his passing and therefore giving easy wins for any defence.
One question I would like to ask KM is why do we give possession away straight from kick off. Surely better to pass from midfield and get into a better control rather than see ball played long. It may work better now we have two taller forwards but to me it just gives the ball away!!
Also is it time for Walton to return (maybe)? He was clearly a better keeper before his injury and with another mistake at weekend it's time to change! |

I don’t get it! We’ve conceded more goals in first 10 minutes than all other teams so why is KM not detailing with!
At start of season we created more chances at start and scored. KM seems to be sending out team without any plan of attack. We were so poor in first half it was embarrassing!
Plus it goes to show that until Moore came on we had no forward. Sorry but Jackson is just a runner and Broady best in midfield where he has room. So just hope Moore keeps fit. |

He is and stood out as exiting player last seasons. He needs more games and will perhaps get more with cup coming up etc. |
