I had a kidney transplant a few years ago.
I burst into tears an hour after the operation.
I was told by the nurse that it's the sheer relief after depending on a machine to keep you alive for two years.
Oh yes backwaywhen, the meds took me a year before I settled down.
Wishing Kieron the good health that I now find myself in.
Not a day goes by where I don't think of the gift I've been given from the family at the time of their own tragedy. |

I do think it's worth remembering that when Freddie did play up front ( on his own ) it was the hoofball era.
The technique of booting it over his head for a goal kick never worked in his favour, especially when up against four 6' 5" defenders.
