Does no one in the Anglia region want to play Nodge development U12’s? My grandson’s team- Three Bridges Under 12s have been handed a fixture over the Easter holidays to play that lot at Ardingly College, right in the middle of west Sussex. That must be 150 miles away from budgie central. Is this regular at this level? I guess it must be. Anyone know?
I heard they hate their 70's accolade of 'Dirty' Leeds still bandied about. From one who watched their Revie era side I saw more than a shade of that today. They certainly still dish it out...
My lad was at Uni of West of England there a few years back. I was only there for a few visits -mainly to bring him home for holiday periods etc. The place looked ok, as quite a few cities do. He did tell me one or two worrying tales about being out on the raz and wandering, by mistake, into less desirable areas late at night on his way back to his digs. He had no issues on those occasions but locals told him he was very lucky. Don't ask where he wandered into. I have no idea....
I think we ought to be more worried if Williams is yanked back into United. Talking to a Utd supporting work mate, their defence players are suffering absolute injury carnage at the moment. Hopefully the deal with us was a genuine season's worth with no recall allowed?
I do have a Fortuna / Ipswich half and half scarf purchased in Dusseldorf. As we are supporters of each other I feel that it is ok. I wouldn't otherwise want to buy one..
I found the piece recounting the meeting with the older Wednesday fan and his lad very amusing. My late Step Dad hailed from the steel city and it was very like something he would have come out with..Having said that, he was actually a Blades fan!
Not my choice by a sea mile but didn't get any further than the 'Spoons all evening. Seeing a mate over there before he goes back to live in Spain. Place of residence: Ifield. Just a fraction outside the conservation-village area and not the other parts of Crawley that have blagged the Ifield name.... Pulborough eh? Even more distance up to PR.....
